“In my ninth year as Commissioner, I have always kept an eye on the future, never losing sight of the balance between low rates and infrastructure integrity. I championed Districtwide strategic planning to enable us to identify and prioritize resources and activities to maximum benefit. This process will pay dividends far into the future.
“I belong to the Washington Association of Sewer & Water Districts, the American Water Works Association, and the Water Environment Federation, and I represent AWWD interests at local, state and national organizations. My basic management philosophy is:
